*sigh* Okay, so I bought this book when the borders here was closing, so besides the fact that it was mega cheap, it looked interesting in a 'heros' sort of way. There were a few things I really liked about it, the things that kept me reading, and other things that made me wonder why I dropped the few bucks on it that I did. Besides the story line being completely predictable... it just kind of left me wanting more. I haven't read anything else by this author so I don't know his history and such... but I really hope his other books are better than this. Bottom line: If you find it at half price books for a few dollars, feel free to check it out.. but I wouldn't bother dropping the asked price for it.
