Meet the Twits, two of the ugliest, meanest people around. About 1/3 of the book is them playing mean, spiteful tricks on each other. The rest of the book is the story of their pet monkeys and resident birds seeking revenge. I kept looking for the Dahl magic, but it didn't hit me but for the occasional word play.
