Honestly, I would have liked to give Sheril a 4.5 on this one. But since I couldn't, I gave the benefit of the doubt. Really, the only thing I would have liked that wasn't in this... and maybe it would be a better series of blog posts at her web home... I would have liked some more thoughts regarding her own experiences, i.e. a little more personal and a little less clinical.

Listened on CD (Jf's pick) on the way to MT. Sparked some interesting conversations and even a few insights, though we think that most conflicts or friendships are due to personality.
