Borges is like Kafka without the Jewish neuroses or Philip K. Dick without the substance-aided schizophrenia (dont think that from this weak description that I consider these elements detrimental to the writings of said authors). His short fictions (entirely collected here-hence the clever title) are lyrical, claustrophobic, funny and harrowing. My second favorite South American work, behind Garcia-Marquez's "One Hundred Years of Solitude". I wish I had a good fart joke to insert here.

Definitely either my favorite of the series so far or a close second to Goblet of Fire. I cannot wait for Deathly Hallows to come out and be consumed by me. JK is such an amazing writer.
