This book proved pretty helpful for me throughout my wife's pregnancy and the first weeks of our son's life. I took it month-by-month and there was just enough information to stay informed but not too much to further overwhelm a soon-to-be first time dad. In addition to all the pregnancy information, there is a nice chapter at the end about "Fathering Today" that offered unique perspectives on the role men play as parents and the way society views fathers. If you are about to be come a dad and need some straight-forward and often humourous help, pick this book up.
