I consider myself a pretty smart person, who is trying really hard to be in tune with my daughter. How I missed some of the signs of her needing to nap and sleep shocks me. But, we're learning and things are getting much better. I'm skipping around, reading chapters at a time. The book is well laid out and interesting. I could do without all the little vignettes, but this has definitely been helpful.
