This was my first solo Lincoln Child novel. I've read him before with Douglas Preston, but I decided to try him out just as a stand-alone. I must say I was pleasently surprised.

as exciting as a book can be about the German language, at least it was good for a foreigner, but if you actually speak German... well, I don't know why it's so popular over here.
