I have read many of Phillippa Gregory's books and once again, she did not dissapoint in her supreme historical knowledge and story telling. From her other books, I had an impression of Margaret Beaufort, and Gregory built on that in this book. There were times when I wanted to reach through the pages and shake her to make her realize how wrong she was, a sure sign of a good book!
