I enjoy this book. A lot. His own story, told not in linear way. His teenage with Istanbul and the people around the period. A must read. You can jump back and fold between chapters.

Fabulous book; Rushdie has an incredible writing style, so graphic, wasn’t just the story that was riveting, but also his descriptions. I loved the anti-religiousness of it, the questions about life and god, and the greyness of good and evil.
