A group of friends reunite decades after their friend was imprisoned for terrorist acts in Germany and "celebrate" his release. They all struggle to make sense of the roles they took, or did not take, in the revolution and how their lives have progressed. Everyone waits to learn what kind of sense Jorg has made of his actions and life, and what kind of life he intends to make for himself now. Meanwhile, the friends interact with one another and rediscover themselves.
