I love Ned Vizzini. He has an honesty and realism that is frequently lacking in so much fiction. This book about a boy who stresses his way into a psych ward so not precious or coy. It is clear, down-to-earth but lyrical at the same time. a great author to watch. Be More Chill was also great.
