في رأيي شبه الخبراء ، هذا هو أفضل كتاب موجود للحصول على معلومات حقيقية ودقيقة حول اتباع نظام غذائي صحي ومستدام. كما أن لديها وصفات رائعة ودفعني إلى صناعة اللياقة البدنية! هذا ما يقوله شيء من مراهق المستقرة الذي يحب الآيس كريم لها ...

A good read

I am inclined not to gush about this novel given that it mostly appeals to emo addicts, self obsessed depressed soul searchers, and the like - but despite my dislike for the audience I grudgingly admit that it was worth reading.
