I thought this humorous, informative, and interesting book on everything going on "down there" was fantastic and would recommend it to all of my gal pals. Many reviewers said they got burned out with the later chapters in the book, but I found it all fascinating, including everything about pregnancy and menopause - neither of which I have experienced. Rankin writes in a way that is completely accessible, like talking to your best friend (as the title implies), and made me wish she were my doctor, even though I love my own. If you're even a TAD curious, pick this one up. I heard about it on the Bookrageous podcast and I am glad they mentioned it!
