It was a good Terry Pratchett novel, but it wasn't one of the best. It didn't have any particularly interesting social commentaries, just the usual quirky characters, story and world. I really liked 'Going Postal', the first book with the character Moist Von Lipwig, but that one also had things to say about communication in our world. This one tried to say things about money, but it didn't really amount to anything. The plot also wasn't quite controlled by the characters, it seemed a bit more forced by the author. Still, a delightful read, but not one I'd recommend for people who only want to read a few Pratchett novels.
