I'm heard wonderful things about this book. Hopefully I will get to it before the end of my Christmas break.

I loved everything about this Newbery book. The protagonist is 12 years old and has an autistic brother. It just so perfectly captures the spirit of being 12 and not wanting to be different from anybody else, but striving to be a good person at the same time. I can't believe it's the author's first novel!
