Lily Christides is a member of an elite group called The Body Hunters. They save, rescue, and protect people who need it. But when Lily is called back to her home town of Phillidelphia to her sister Nicole's funeral she comes rushing. There Lily is question by a detective named Cameron Hughes and his friend about the phone call that her and her sister exchanged before she was murdered. Then Lily gets all up in his face for the insensitive questions that Hughes asks her. When Lily makes an appointment to see a lady named Gladys Sizemore she gets caught trying to break into her house by the detective who questions her. And they investigate the house. Only to find her dead and her dog uder her bed. They call the police and they come and clear the scene in which Lily and Cameron steal a peace of evidence. As they work together to solve her sister's murder the murderer makes it be known that he is on to them. And shows Lily that he is after her now. Hughes is then taken off the case because he is getting to close to the subject of the case. Then he goes and helps The Body Hunters figure out who the killer is. So by then they try hypnosis and they only get the partial picture. Lily then goes to her sisters funeral and after she gets into trying to solve the murder again. Lily gets stuck taking care of her fathers shop and thats when Buddy Grey the original killer shows up and trys to kill her only to fail in the end and he gets arrested. The lines get crossed this time when Lily and Cam make love, in which after Lily decides to go clean out her sisters house. There Lily gets accosted by the real killer which is a guy who's fake name Ross Patterson who's real name is Bobby Grey, the brother of the original killer. Then after he attacks her ties her to a chair, after seeing through the window Cameron comes rushing in with a gun in his hand. He sees that he can't use it and risk Lily's life, so he waits for an oppertunity. And thats when Lily's dog comes rushing and thats when Cameron pulls the trigger and wounds Patterson. That is when the whole Body Hunters team comes through the door to help, and they untie Lily . One week later they have the funeral for Gladys Sizemore and her neice. And Lily and Cameron go back to Seattle to start their new life together.
