I found this book to be a good reminder for women to actually listen to themselves and follow their gut instincts. The author is right on that women so often don't want to come across as "rude" and therefore can allow themselves to engage with people who make them uncomfortable. It was also good validation for women to not allow the men in their lives to make them feel like they "shouldn't" be afraid in certain situations (b/c men simply can't understand what it's like). Overall, an interesting read (although some chapters I could have done without and/or skipped over b/c I felt like some things got redundant).
