A very sweet book.

I have heard Alexander McCall Smith speak in person. This book is more like his whimsical, slightly odd way of speaking...wonderful digressions. My daughter and I keep repeating lines from the book in the course of coversations. We are waiting for the next book in the series because we are very curious (if not suspicious) of at least one of the relationships.
