I loved this book even tho it was heartbreaking and breathtaking that a mother could ever treat her own son in such a way :'(. My 7th grade English teacher read this to my class. I just felt like crying through the whole book, I just couldn't believe the things she did to him....Even tho this book was sicking it still had a happy ending so yes I recommend this book.
