This is one of my favorite books! I've read it at least four times. The characters in this book--Mr. Mcawber, Betsey Trotwood, Peggotty--are unforgettable. And I loved Dora and her dog Jip. What I learned from this book: don't live beyond your means and marry your best friend to have a happy marriage.
