The murder method and the mystery of Mrs Forrest were too predictable this time but the characters (especially Parker and Miss Climpson) more than made up for it. Looks like I'll have to get the next batch of Lord Peter books sooner than I thought~

once you get past the funny spellings, it's... still pretty odd

It took a bit to get into this one. Overall I really liked it! I liked the world of the fallen angels.

A great western novel that is decently written, but great for going back to the days of "real men."
