Worth the read, but it does read more like a zappos history.. Which was interesting, for sure. It might also bring in higher ratings with an older crowd, or the mainstream business thinkers (both categories of which I don't really associate it). This book made sense to me, so it wasn't as much of an eye opener as it might be to others.
