This was a great little book and a very quick read. I enjoyed it very much and thought it sent a great message. I appreciate the fact that John Kralik showed how depressed he was in the beginning and made a point to mention that just because he started writing these notes, everything did not miraculously get better. Instead, finding things to be grateful for simply helps you see that there are good things in life, even amidst all the bad that we often deal with.
