Murakami is famous for his "puzzle" novels, and this one is no exception. A trippy visit to modern day Japan - a Japan, that is, where fish fall from the sky, cats talk, and Johnny Walker is a menacing figure. Don't bother if you need your novels to have a satisfying conclusion: this book creates more questions than it answers. If you like a trip down the rabbit hole then you'll be hard-pressed to find a more mind-blowing gateway than this book.

Contains Chapters 25 - 28: This was a really fun volume! I really enjoyed the plot line about Haruna taking care of Yoh while he was sick.
